SYSTEMATIC LITERATUR REVIEW: IMPLEMENTASI SERTIFIKASI DOSEN TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN SWASTA

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan terkait dengan implementasi sertifikasi dosen terhadap kinerja dosen. Dimana Sertifikasi dosen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen dengan memberikan pengakuan terhadap kemampuan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki, serta mendorong peningkatan kinerja dalam proses pembelajaran. Sertifikasi ini juga memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen.  Artikel-artikel yang relevan dikumpulkan dari portal Google scholar melalui alur PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Kemudian dilakukan analisis isi secara deskriptif. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan bahwa hal terlihat bahwa Dengan adanya sertifikasi akan membuat kinerja dosen swasta meningkat ini sejalan dengan teori motivasi  Teori Motivasi Abraham Maslow: Hierarki Kebutuhan, Seseorang dapat termotivasi ataupun memotivasi orang lain dengan memahami apa yang menjadi kebutuhannya.

Abstract:

This paper aims to convey related to the implementation of lecturer certification on lecturer performance. Where lecturer certification is expected to improve the professionalism of lecturers by providing recognition of their abilities and competencies, as well as encouraging performance improvement in the learning process. This certification also has a direct impact on improving the quality of teaching, research, and community service carried out by lecturers.  Relevant articles are collected from the Google scholar portal through the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) flow. Then a descriptive content analysis was carried out. The results found show that it is seen that the existence of certification will make the performance of private lecturers increase, this is in line with the motivation theory Abraham Maslow's Theory of Motivation: Hierarchy of Needs, A person can be motivated or motivate others by understanding what is going on.
